Due to old age and electrical issues, ZIP Water’s original pallet magazines were in need of replacement as their grippers were not performing. Since their replacement with PALOMAT® Greenline pallet magazines, the grippers have been no issue to date and are in fact performing at peak standards. The machines are used every day for 15 hours a day and have proven to be reliable. The PALOMAT® Greenline have been ideal offering no downtime and no more manual handling. 

Due to the nature of the warehouse, ZIP Water have had to change the way they process production which has required extensive planning; however, BBJ Materials Handling is always available to help, including making concessions for international sourcing demands.
