Danish Global Market Leader Takes Pallet Handling to New Heights

New Palomat delivers a quantum leap in flexibility and cost savings

A new version of the pallet stacker Palomat Greenline sets new standards for flexible pallet handling by being able to handle more than 90 percent of the market’s standard pallets. The popular pallet magazine can now be easily adjusted by the user to different pallet heights. This opens the door to significant cost savings and increased flexibility. At the same time, it is now possible to extract data to a PC, and safety has been increased ninefold.

Earn up to EUR 13,500 through optimized pallet flow

“The new version of the Danish Palomat Greenline handles nine out of ten types of standard pallets. Going forward, you only need one Palomat Greenline - whether you handle one-way pallets, Euro pallets, plastic pallets, or discount-standard pallets. This saves major investments in special-purpose machines and external programmers. If pallet height changes, you can quickly adjust a new gripping height yourself. In other words, you don’t have to worry about future changes in your pallet flow. This is nothing short of a revolution that makes production far more economical and sustainable.”

Majbritt Svane, Area Sales Manager hos Palomat.

Complete data overview increases efficiency

All data from Palomat Greenline can now be exported to a PC. This enables faster servicing and allows companies to monitor how many pallets the machine handles at its location in production. The result is increased uptime and improved overall efficiency across the machinery fleet.

Safety zone expanded from five to 45 centimeters

At the same time, the new Palomat Greenline expands its safety zone ninefold - from five centimeters to a light curtain scanning 45 centimeters upwards. This meets the safety requirements of global key account customers, who often demand safety levels significantly higher than regulatory minimums.

“We decided to take a major step forward on safety now, so everyone benefits from it. With a light curtain as standard, combined with a new safety sequence and protective guarding, we position ourselves well ahead of the market and existing requirements. The new Palomat Greenline is significantly less hazardous than many of the machines you have in your kitchen.”

Kim Løvholm, Technical Project Manager at Palomat.

Increased lifting height prevents damage

The new Palomat Greenline is also better protected against damage. Ground clearance at the base has been increased by a full 50 mm. This prevents operators from accidentally damaging the Palomat with electric pallet trucks or forklifts during high-paced operations.

Packed with quality components

With this future-proof and flexible pallet stacker, the global industry can invest in efficient optimization of internal pallet handling while simultaneously improving working conditions for employees.

“The comprehensive facelift reflects that Palomat Greenline is built in the largest automation facility in the Nordic region. As always, the machine is packed with global quality components from suppliers such as LINAK, Siemens, and SICK. At the same time, we have naturally retained the user-friendly operation that anyone can handle. We therefore expect Palomat to grow by at least 20 percent again this year,”

Majbritt Svane, Area Sales Manager hos Palomat.

The new Palomat Greenline can be experienced at the LogiMAT trade fair in Stuttgart from March 24 to 26, 2026 – or, if you can’t wait, at Palomat on Mors.
