With the pallet magazine/ pallet dispenser PALOMAT® Adjustable - which is a part of our Stand Alone line - you can handle 1200x800 mm and 1200x1000 mm pallets in one and same magazine. The shift between the two pallet sizes takes approximately 5 seconds – a light press on a button plus a manual push or pull in the pallet magazine’s left side, which will afterwards adjust.
You insert or remove the pallets using a hand pallet truck, electric stacker or a full-size forklift truck. All handling is carried out at floor level. The PALOMAT® Adjustable detects the pallets via photo sensors after which they are fully automatic stacked or destacked one by one.
When selecting destacking, a stack of no more than 15 will be inserted in the PALOMAT®, after which the pallets are fully automatic destacked one by one. When selecting stacking, the pallets are inserted one by one, after which the pallets are fully automatic stacked to no more than 15 pallets. The entire stack can subsequently be removed.
PALOMAT® Adjustable is fully automatic and only operated manually using the touch panel when there is to be a change between stacking and destacking or vice versa.

Note: The safety frame for 15 pallets for PALOMAT® Adjustable is required.
Contact the PALOMAT® sales department for further information.
The gate is a part of the safty frame and is mounted for added safety. The PALOMAT® can only be operated when the gate is closed and locked with the gate safety switch. The gate covers the right front from the top of the second pallet at floor level to the top of the safety frame.
A Sick-sensor for indicating when a pallet stack automatically should be destacked onto the floor.
If the user for examples wants the PALOMAT® to stop at 15 pallets, a maximum indicator can be mounted on the safety frame or on a pole. When the maximum indicator indicates the specified number of pallets, the stack is automatically put on the floor. The stack is then ready for pickup by for example a stacker.
The function can also be done manually using the touch panel.
A signal tower including a Sick sensor that detects when the pallet stack is full.
If the PALOMAT® needs to stop e.g. at 15 pallets, the signal tower with a maximum indicator can be mounted on the safety frame or on a bar. When the maximum indicator is actuated, e.g. at 15 pallets, the lamp lights and the stack is automatically put down on the floor. The stack is then ready for pick-up, e.g. by a hand pallet truck.
The truck protection is produced in 10 mm steel and can be offered as an extra protection of the front sensors.
The truck protection is two separate parts, which are mounted into the floor in front of the PALOMAT®. The solution is used especially by companies, which handle pallets by forklifts.

The stop blocks are a perfect option when the PALOMAT® needs to handle pallets where the runners at the bottom are crosswise to the hand pallet truck. When pulling out the hand pallet truck from the PALOMAT®, the two stop blocks hold the pallet in place, keeping it in the magazine.
The stop blocks are installed at the front of the PALOMAT®, one on each side next to the front sensors.
The switch disconnector enables disconnection from the main supply right on the machine. The switch disconnector can be locked, e.g. when servicing the machine.
This is an advantage and a safety feature for maintenance of the PALOMAT® unit. The switch disconnector is positioned under the main supply.
The shut off valve enables disconnection from the air supply right on the machine. The shut off valve can be locked, e.g. when servicing the machine.
This is an advantage and a safety feature for maintenance of the PALOMAT® unit. The shut of valve is installed directly on the filter regulator.
An interface sends an e-mail or SMS to the responsible for the PALOMAT®, e.g. when the magasin is empty or when there is an error with the PALOMAT®. It is installed with a mobile data sim-card (delivered by the customer) or a patchcabel, which is connected to the company’s network.
