  • 4. Is it possible to use other air components/operation?


    - Yes, please contact our sales department for an offer

  • 5. What is the cycle time for a PALOMAT®?


    - Approx. 15 seconds at maximum strain

  • 6. Is it possible to change the cycle time?


    - Yes, on a Flexomatic, 001 and Inline - machines powered by air
    - It is not possible to change the cycle time on electrical powered machines

  • 7. How many pallets can a PALOMAT® handle per minute?


    - 4 - 6 pallets

  • 1. What type of energy does the PALOMAT® require?


    - Compressed air and electrical power (Flexomatic) or electricity (Greenline)

  • 2. What is the amount of air pressure used in a PALOMAT®?


    - Min. 6 - 7 bar

  • 3. What is the solution if I do not have compressed air at my disposal?


    - Greenline, P5, Double Up, and ½-Pallets (Greenline model) are solely driven on electrical power - 220-240VAC / 50 Hz

  • 2. Is an authorised electrician required for installing a PALOMAT®?


    - No

  • 3. Is it possible to bolt a PALOMAT® to the floor?


    - Yes, you can do this by removing the safety plates - Please see our installation video here

  • 1. How do I clean a PALOMAT®?


    - The cleaning may only be performed with a vague alkaline detergent. Do not hose down the PALOMAT®, only wipe it off with a wrung cloth.

  • 2. How do I maintain a PALOMAT®?


    - Every month: Wipe off the censors with a dry cloth
    - Every six months: Check the emergency stop and safety hatch switch (option)
    - Every year: Clean the PALOMAT® + apply universal grease to all C-profiles (Ex. Blackbolt NSF H1)

  • 1. What is the delivery time?


    - Flexomatic, Greenline and 001: 4 weeks
    - P5 and ½-Pallets: 6 weeks
    - Double up: 10-12 weeks

    Above mentioned delivery time is for a PALOMAT® containing EUR-pallets/industrial pallets. Please contact our sales department about the delivery time for other types of pallets.

  • 2. What is the price for delivery?


    - The price varies from country to country. Please contact our sales department for further information.

  • 1. In which colours is the PALOMAT® delivered in?


    - It is delivered in standard colours - RAL: 3002 red, 5002 blue, 7032 grey and 7035 grey
    - However, we deliver in other colours as well - please contact our sales department with the desired RAL-colour and get an offer

  • 2. What type of coating is on the PALOMAT®?


    - Powder painted, 80 - 100μm

  • 3. Can the PALOMAT® be delivered in stainless steel?


    - Yes, type AISI 304 - Please contact our sales department for an offer

  • 4. Can a PALOMAT® be delivered in electro-galvanised steel?


    - Yes, please contact our sales department for an offer

  • 1. What is the estimated service life of a PALOMAT®?


    - 10 - 15 years - when the recommended maintenance is upheld

  • 2. What is the warranty on a PALOMAT®?


    - 1 year or 1800 hours (one-shift working)

  • 1. Can a PALOMAT® manage steel-and plastic pallets?


    - It depends on the appearance of the pallet - Please contact our sales department for further information

  • 2. Can a PALOMAT® manage pallets with wheels?

  • 3. Can a PALOMAT® manage steel-and gate boxes?


    - It depends on the appearance of the box - Please contact our sales department for further information

  • 4. How many pallets can a PALOMAT® store?


    - Max. 15 or 25 pallets

  • 5. Can a PALOMAT® stack/destack more than one pallet at the time?


    - Yes, P5 can stack/destack 1-5 pallets at the time on floor level

  • 6. Can a PALOMAT manage nested pallets?


    - No
